Welcome to Woodview!  Hamilton Autism Services offer supportive services to children, youth, and adults with autism to help them achieve positive outcomes as well as increased quality of life and independence.   We have a variety of Fee for Service Adult Programs and a mix of Funded and Fee For Service Child and Youth autism services based out of our new location at 435 York Blvd!

Child & Youth Autism Services

PEERS® Social Skills
Groups for Teens

  • Ages 12 – 18
  • Virtual 14-week evidence-based social skills intervention for motivated youth  interested in learning ways to make and keep friends.

Transition to
High School

  • Grades 7 – 10
  • 6 weekly classroom-style lessons with recreational and social opportunities to help student with ASD navigate the first two years of high school.

After School Social Skills Respite Group

  • Ages 7 – 17
  • A once a week, after school group to support youth ages 7-17 in enhancing their social and relationships skills while offering a break to families.

Autism Services for Adults

PEERS® Social Skills Group for Adults

  • Ages 18+
  • 16-week evidence-based social skills intervention for motivated adults
  • Learn ways to make and maintain friends!

L.I.F.E Adult Autism Day Program

  • Ages 18+
  • Fee for Service Program
  • A daily group providing learning opportunities for adults with ASD to promote skills development.

One-to-One Support

  • Ages 18+
  • No referral required
  • Person-centred services for adults with ASD looking to expand life skills, pre-employment skills, community connections and recreational opportunities.

Young Adult Social Group

  • For young adults moving into adulthood
  • Build social networks, independence, and life skills while enjoying in-person socialization and recreational activities
  • Twice per-month Fee For Service program

Social Recreation Program

  • Ages 18+
  • 8 majority-subsidized programs at various community locations
  • Designed to foster social relationships through recreation, fitness and life skills teaching.

Manor Residential Program

Supported Independent Living
