Woodview supports individuals and families to build on their strengths to live socially and emotionally healthy lives. Woodview offers Mental Health and Autism services in Halton, Hamilton and Brantford. To access services in one of these communities, the service participant must be a resident of that community. We are committed to providing services that are accessible, flexible, and responsive to changing needs. We’re available during regular business hours via all normal forms of communication. Complaint Procedure
Every person who obtains services from Woodview has the right to express concerns about the services provided or any violation of their individual rights. Woodview is committed to responding to all concerns in a responsive, efficient, confidential, and respectful manner.
Should you have any concerns, you can speak with a Woodview staff or the Manager / Coordinator of the program. If you are not satisfied with their response, you can have your concern reviewed by the Director of the Program, Executive Director and/or Board of Directors. If you still feel like you are not being heard, you can contact: The Ministry of Community and Social Services (West Region) or the Ministry of Children and Youth Services (Central & West Regions) at 905-521-7280.
