Transition to High School Program Starts February 2020
We are now accepting referrals for the Transition to High School program!
This program was developed for students 12-15 years of age that have a diagnosis of autism to help prepare them to navigate the high school world. If you are interested and would like to make a referral please call Contact Hamilton at (905) 570-8888
