What is ABA Therapy?

Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) therapy uses the science of learning and behaviour to help children with autism (and other developmental disorders) increase helpful behaviours and decrease behaviours that are harmful or detrimental to learning. It is a flexible treatment involving many techniques that are adapted to meet the unique needs of your child, and can help to improve their language, communication, and social skills, ability to follow instructions and routine, and increase independence.
