Is extended before and after care right for your child?
Woodview’s Centre Based Services begins at 9:00 a.m. and ends at 4:00 p.m. The extended before and after care is right for you and your child if:
- your child attends Woodview’s Centre Based Program;
- you need to drop your child off before 9 a.m.;
- you need to pick your child up after 4 p.m.; and/or
- your child would benefit from participating in a variety of outdoor and indoor play experiences.
What is the focus of extended before and after care?
In extended before and after care participants engage in free play without the expectations and demands of Applied Behaviour Analysis therapy. Staff members will not engage in ABA programming or data collection. Instead, staff members will support your child in fun and engaging activities both inside and outside of the building.

Extended before and after care takes place before and after Woodview’s Centre Based Services:
8:00 a.m. – 9:00 a.m.
4:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.
WHAT
What does extended before and after care cost?
The cost of extended before care (8:00 a.m. – 9:00 a.m.) is $25 per hour*
The cost of extended after care (4:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.) is $25 per hour*
The cost of extended before AND after care is $50 for the day.
*pro-rated to the nearest 15 minutes
