Executive Director
Flora joined Woodview in 2001 and became the Director of Children’s Mental Health in 2007. Coming from the School Board with a Master of Science Elementary Education, Flora is known for her passion and dedication to families, education, and the mental health field. She is committed to removing barriers to service all clients with respect and dignity. Flora’s visionary skills led to the implementation of Lead Without a Title at Woodview, guiding staff to excel and demonstrate leadership at every level.
Irene Richmond

Irene, a CHRL designated Human Resource professional, joined Woodview in 2016. Irene studied Human Resources / Business at McMaster University. Irene has a variety of experience in the Human Resources field, including over 10 years of providing leadership development training and implementing mentoring and coaching programs. Irene is certified in Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) and has delivered numerous 360 degree reviews to ensure success within leaders.

Brook joined Woodview in 2005 to help develop the Youth Overcoming Depression and Anxiety Program in Halton, and has managed various programs throughout Woodview since. A keen interest in quality improvement and data analysis has led Brook to training in performance measurement, Lean for Healthcare, and Agile Leadership, leading to his current role of Director of System Planning.

Christine began her career at Woodview in 2003, as a Clinician in the Early Years program. Christine has always been passionate about working with families in the community which has led her to build partnerships with agencies in Brantford and Brant County. Christine co-facilitates Mental Health Week and is co-chair for the Suicide Prevention Committee in Brant. Christine values the importance of work-life balance for her colleagues and emphasizes wellness to all members of her team. This journey has led Christine to her current position as Director of Services for Woodview.
