Roadmap to Wellness is Ontario’s new plan for the mental health and addictions system. The plan ensures that children, youth, and families are able to access high-quality mental health services, where and when they need them. The plan is focused on improving quality, expanding existing services, implementing innovative solutions, and improving access.
As the Lead Agency for Brant, Woodview is responsible for ensuring that core community-based child and youth mental health services are available in every service area. We continue to work with community partners, core service providers, and committees so young people get the support they need.
