Thank you for your interest in joining Woodview’s Board of Directors!
We appreciate your interest and thank you for your time in completing the application form.
Unfortunately, you are ineligible to join our Board due to age restrictions or due to a conflict of interest.
There is still an opportunity to connect and get involved with Woodview!
We appreciate your interest and would like to share that there are other ways to stay connected and engaged with Woodview beyond our Board of Directors:
- Sign up for our Newsletter to stay up to date on events, read about our programs, and more.
- Participate in a Community Town Hall to share your thoughts and feedback around mental health services in our communities (Halton, Hamilton & Brant). Follow us on Social Media to stay up to date on new dates!
- Join our Brant Engagement Network for persons with lived experience – Anyone who has had past or present experience using Woodview services for themselves or a loved one is welcome to be a part of our Engagement Committee and Network. Please note at this time the engagement network is specifically focused on Brantford engagement however it is our goal that this is expanded to our other regions.
- Join a local Youth Engagement group in Halton or Brantford. Learn more at: Youth Engagement
- Connect with our Brantford Brant Norfolk Ontario Health Team People with Lived Experience committee. This volunteer network is also for persons with lived experience to share their views, stories, and ideas surrounding the work of the Ontario Health Team.
Please feel free to reach out to us at cpeardon@woodview.ca if you have any questions or would like further information about opportunities to get involved.
