Cindy came to Woodview as a Program Manager in 1995 following 12 years working in Child Welfare. Cindy held a succession of leadership, supervisory, and management roles within Woodview before becoming Woodview’s Executive Director in 2007, guiding Woodview through change and development as an innovative, trusted, and respected leader. Cindy studied at McMaster University (BA) and University of Toronto (MSW), and has completed a variety of independent coursework in leadership, finance, and governance.

Autism Services

Robin Brennan, Director

Robin began working with Woodview in 1985 after graduating with her BA, with Distinction, in Child Development. She began working in mental health and then helped to develop the agency’s first autism programs in 1989. She became Director of Autism Services in 2009, after holding a Program Manager position for 9 years. Robin continues to expand Woodview’s Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) services and is a strong voice in the Province for those with an ASD. Her longstanding dedication to Woodview and her extensive knowledge of ASD are valued assets of the leadership team at Woodview.

Flora joined Woodview in 2001 and became the Director of Children’s Mental Health in 2007. Coming from the School Board with a Master of Science Elementary Education, Flora is known for her passion and dedication to families, education, and the mental health field. She is committed to removing barriers to service all clients with respect and dignity. Flora’s visionary skills let to the implementation of Lead Without a Title at Woodview, guiding staff to excel and demonstrate leadership at every level.

Quality Improvement & Children’s Mental Health Services (Halton)

Lorraine Jeffrey, Director

Lorraine began her career at Woodview in 1997 as a Social Worker working in various roles and then expanded her contribution to Woodview in 2009 as the Director of Quality Improvement. In 2016, Lorraine took on the additional role of Director of Children’s Mental Health for the Halton programs. Lorraine received her BSW from Ryerson University and her MSW from the University of Windsor. Lorraine is committed to serving the needs of children and families and supporting staff at Woodview. She has successfully led Woodview through two accreditation reviews.

Finance and Administration

Jane McKerroll, Director

Jane joined the leadership team at Woodview in 2015, bringing extensive experience in Senior Finance roles in the non-profit and public sectors. Jane has a Bachelor of Arts Degree from McMaster University, and broad continuing education in Management and Accounting, including the Advanced Leadership Program at Queen’s School of Business and CGA certification courses. Jane’s strong analytical and risk management skills greatly complement the range of expertise within the leadership team and Board of Directors at Woodview.

Irene Richmond, Director

Irene, a CHRL designated Human Resource professional, joined Woodview in 2016. Irene studied Human Resources / Business at McMaster University. Irene has a variety of experience in the Human Resources field, including over 10 years of providing leadership development training and implementing mentoring and coaching programs. Irene is certified in Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) and has delivered numerous 360 degree reviews to ensure success within leaders.
